Russia is building a railway line passing round Ukraine

Russian railway militaries began the construction of a railway line that will connect Voronezh and Rostov regions.

The section Zhuravka-Milerovo length 18 kilometers will enable trains to travel to Southern Russia, passing round Ukraine, transmit Russian news agencies.

The Railway militaries are involved to the construction of sections of two-way electrified railway line from Southeast and North Caucasus railroad length 122.5 km, said the Russian Deputy Minister of Defence - Dmitry Bulgakov.

The project will involve nearly 900 personnel and more than 360 units of construction equipment, said the Deputy Minister.
