Chinese companies interested in Plovdiv airport as a logistics point between Europe and Asia

Chinese companies are interested in the obtaining of concession for Plovdiv Airport and its turning into a logistic hub for Europe and Asia. This became clear during the meeting of the Minister of Economy of Bulgaria Bozhidar Loukarsky and Changtsing Djang, a representative of the company Hainan Longquanren Century Invest and Development Co. The company is the Chinese partner of Euro-Chinese Economic Development Zone, which is a part of Thrace economic zone.
